Crunched Analytics LLC (“Crunched,” “us”, “we”, or “our”), located in the United States, is the operator of https://crunched-analytics.com and https://surveysays-community.com (collectively, the “Sites”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our Sites, contact us, request services, or participate in our Survey Says Community panel through the website and mobile apps.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our Sites and related services. It covers (a) visitors to our corporate website, (b) business contacts who request proposals or research services, and (c) panel members who join Survey Says Community.
In some cases, surveys or rewards may be offered, hosted, or fulfilled by third parties. If you click out to a third-party site or application, that third party’s privacy practices apply.

2.1 Information you provide to us

• Client and supplier business information needed to quote, contract, and deliver services (for example, billing contacts and project requirements).
• Survey Says Community registration and profile information, such as email address, password, country/region, year of birth (year only where possible), and optional profile attributes used for survey matching.
• Optional LinkedIn information for professional verification if you choose to connect LinkedIn for verification purposes. In that case, we may receive information available on your public LinkedIn profile and the verification status provided through the connection.
• Survey participation data, including responses to surveys, profile questions, and reward redemption activity.
• Support communications and requests, including messages to support@surveysays-community.com or info@crunched-analytics.com.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Sites or use our services, we may automatically collect:

• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, and timestamps.
• Approximate location derived from IP address (for example, city/state level), which helps with security, fraud prevention, and content localization.

• To communicate with you about your account, survey invitations, operational messages, and (where permitted) marketing communications.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights and safety of Crunched, our users, and our partners.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personally identifiable information. We may share information in the following ways:

• Service providers: We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, email delivery, survey platforms, fraud prevention, and reward fulfillment). They are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to us.
• Research clients and partners: Survey results are typically shared in aggregated or de-identified form. If a study requires sharing contact or shipping information (for example, for a product test), we will disclose that requirement at the time and obtain your consent where required.
• Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Crunched, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

5. Panel participation and opt-out (Survey Says Community)

Survey Says Community members can opt out or delete their account at any time:

• From the member dashboard (account settings) within the Survey Says Community website or mobile app.
• By clicking the unsubscribe link included in survey invitation emails.
• By writing to support@surveysays-community.com.

If you delete your account, we will deactivate the account and delete or anonymize personal information, subject to legal or audit requirements (see Section 8).

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to support site functionality, remember preferences, measure performance, and help protect against fraud and abuse. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Sites may not function properly.

7. Your choices and rights

• Update account and profile information through your dashboard (where available).
